Beetles Plumbing Solutions is currently hiring a Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing, family-owned plumbing company in North Royalton, Ohio. This in-person role is a vital part of our daily operations and offers an opportunity for growth as our company continues to expand. The position is part-time with the potential to become full-time and requires availability starting at 7:30 AM, with Tuesdays and Thursdays required and occasional Saturdays as needed (phone travels with you; no office presence required). Candidates must be flexible and able to work full-time hours when needed. As the first point of contact for our customers, this role includes answering phones promptly and professionally, booking and dispatching service calls, supporting technicians throughout the day, communicating clearly with customers, ensuring every customer feels heard and informed, and providing light administrative support.
