Every facility manager knows the headache of a mop sink faucet that just won't quit—until it finally does. We just wrapped up a commercial replacement in Brook Park that was a classic case of "scale vs. plumber."

The Situation: ❌ A seized 8” utility faucet covered in heavy scale. ❌ Non-functional shut-off valves (meaning no way to stop a leak!). ❌ Hoses fused to the spout.

This in-person role is a vital part of our daily operations and offers an opportunity for growth as our company continues to expand. The position is part-time with the potential to become full-time and requires availability starting at 7:30 AM, with Tuesdays and Thursdays required and occasional Saturdays as needed (phone travels with you; no office presence required). Candidates must be flexible and able to work full-time hours when needed. As the first point of contact for our customers, this role includes answering phones promptly and professionally, booking and dispatching service calls, supporting technicians throughout the day, communicating clearly with customers, ensuring every customer feels heard and informed, and providing light administrative support.
