Beetle's Plumbing Solutions, LLC (“Beetle's Plumbing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) that is subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”).
The Program and our collection and use of your Personal Information are also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Program Description

User Opt-In
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Beetle's Plumbing Solutions, LLC, you agree to receive recurring mobile messages at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, consistent with the type of communications for which you provided consent.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Beetle's Plumbing Solutions, LLC.
You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or an authorized user.

If you wish to participate in the Program again, you may provide a new consent through our website or another available enrollment method.
For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us.
Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the standard STOP or HELP commands. Beetle's Plumbing Solutions, LLC and our service providers are not responsible for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the standard opt-out or help commands.
We may change the telephone number or messaging number used to operate the Program. If such a change occurs, we may provide notice as appropriate.
