As our go-to telephone expert, she makes sure every customer is heard, scheduled, and taken care of quickly. Her sense of humor and upbeat personality bring a fun energy to the Beetles team. Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with friends and family—and keeping the office laughing along the way!
